使用公式计算两个数组的加权和:dst[i] = a * src1[i] + b * src2[i] + c

参数
src1_data第一个源图像数据
src1_step第一个源图像步长
src2_data第二个源图像数据
src2_step第二个源图像步长
dst_data目标图像数据
dst_step目标图像步长
width图像宽度
height图像高度
scalars数值 a, bc
