导入重建文件。

参数

file	文件的路径。
Rs	相机 3x3 旋转的输出向量
Ts	相机 3x1 平移的输出向量。
Ks	相机 3x3 内参的输出向量。
points3d	具有 3d 点的输出数组。是 3 x N。
file_format	要导入的文件的格式。

该函数支持从 Bundler 重建。
